When you’ve determined the name badge you’d like to order, you’ll have the opportunity to customise your badge by clicking on the ‘Design Studio’ button towards the top-right of the product page or by uploading a design you created through Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

Your basic steps for completing your order are as follows:

Customise Your Design

Use user-friendly design tools to personalise your name badge. You could add text (such as names and job titles), upload your logo, and choose your preferred colours and fonts.

Preview Your Design

Once you have customised your name badge, preview it to ensure it meets your expectations and requirements.

Select Quantity and Production Time

Choose the number of name badges you want to order. Remember that there is no minimum order requirement at Make Badges. 

Decide whether you require standard production (approximately four business days) or expedited production (2 business days) based on your needs and timeline.

Add to Cart, Proceed to Checkout & Confirm Your Order

Once you are satisfied with your design and have selected the quantity and production time, add the items. If your order is over $100, you will be eligible for free standard shipping in Australia.

Complete the checkout process by providing your shipping and payment information. Finally, review and confirm your order, ensuring all details are accurate before submitting.

What Materials Are Used to Make the Name Badges?

Our name badges utilise a range of materials, which includes metal, acrylic and other plastics; the use of plastic clips, metallic pins, or magnetic fasteners; and resin if you want a resin dome on the front of your name badge.

How Long Do the Name Badges Last?

All of our name badges are designed with durability in mind, which means they will last a long time provided they’re appropriately cared for.

Can I Design My Own Badge or Do I Need to Use Predefined Templates?

Yes, you can choose from the various name badge styles we have and then customise the design of those badges. 

If you want even more flexibility in your design, you can choose the Custom Made Badges section, select the size and shape you want, and then completely customise the overall design through our Design Studio.

What is the Turnaround Time for Name Badge Orders?

Our aim at Make Badges is to provide a quick turnaround with our orders, regardless of how many name badges you’re ordering.

Because of the custom nature of all our orders, we typically need 4 business days for most orders to be fulfilled and then we’ll ship the badges to your desired address. 

Are There Discounts for Bulk Orders of Name Badges?

Yes! The more badges you order, the cheaper the price for each individual name badge becomes. These prices differ between badge types, but you will find the general scaling works similarly per quantity.
